⭐ The Rand Road Four Falls Tour
Part of the Leatherwood Wilderness Four Falls Road Trip — drive Rand Road and visit Cougar Falls, China Falls, Little Glory Hole, and Crosscut Falls in a single afternoon.
The falls
Little Glory Hole earns its name. Just like its famous cousin the Glory Hole near Boxley Valley — where water pours through a hole in the roof of an overhanging bluff — this 18-foot waterfall features a creek that has drilled completely through the bluff ceiling, creating a miniature version of one of Arkansas's most iconic waterfalls. It is not the tallest waterfall on the Leatherwood road trip but it is the most geologically interesting — and the most likely to make visitors stop and stare trying to figure out exactly what they are looking at. Standing beneath the falls and looking up through the hole in the bluff overhead is a genuinely unique experience found at only a handful of waterfalls in the entire state. Little Glory Hole is the third stop on the Leatherwood Wilderness Four Falls Road Trip. See nearby: Cougar Falls, China Falls, and Crosscut Falls.
