Leaning Log Falls is one of dozens of 27 ft ribbon falls that ring the Buffalo River watershed. It runs hardest in late winter and early spring, when snowmelt and Ozark thunderstorms recharge the creeks. Getting there

Remote Upper Buffalo Wilderness bushwhack — no maintained trail and a downloaded GPS track is essential. Falls are at 35.82219, -93.42696 (Fallsville Quad — UTM 461448E, 3964102N). ~3.4 miles round trip. You reach Leaning Log Falls first; continuing another 0.6 mi along the same route brings you to Adkins Canyon Falls.
