Getting there
Remote Upper Buffalo Wilderness bushwhack — no maintained trail and a downloaded GPS track is essential. Falls are at 35.82219, -93.42696 (Fallsville Quad — UTM 461448E, 3964102N). ~3.4 miles round trip. You reach Leaning Log Falls first; continuing another 0.6 mi along the same route brings you to Adkins Canyon Falls.
