The falls
Tunnel Cave Falls is one of dozens of 31 ft ribbon falls that ring the Buffalo River watershed. It runs hardest in late winter and early spring, when snowmelt and Ozark thunderstorms recharge the creeks. Getting there
Same location and approach as Copperhead Falls — access via the Indian Creek Trail from the Steel Creek Campground area. ~4.4 miles round trip on a difficult route. Falls GPS: 36.02993, -93.28765 (Ponca Quad — UTM 474107E, 3987048N). A downloaded GPS track is recommended.
